I have recently purchased a Spitfire door, bifolds and windows from Kompass and I have to say their service has been outstanding from start to finish. It’s a small family run company and the experience from first speaking to Deena to getting into the details with Steve or asking Ollie 100 questions was amazing. They pride themselves on quality and finish and their products are much better than the typical offerings of most establishments. I was so impressed by them that I cancelled my bifold&windows order last minute with another vendor and came back to Kompass!The fitters were lovely and nothing was too much, even playing with my dog and just being really customer friendly. If your looking for the cheapest price on the market your best to keep searching, if you don’t mind paying a little extra to get quality product, service and experience for something that will last for many years to come - look no further.

After speaking to 4 aluminium window and door specialists and not having much confidence in any of them I found Kompass.From first meeting through to installation they've been great to work with. Extremely caring, professional and hard working. They installed a curtain wall to the front of our house and back door with window above. Very high quality work and I'm looking forward to working with them again at some point when we replace our patio doors.

Really happy with the service. I had a lot of glazing fitted and some of it was very specialised. Any problems were quickly dealt with. I didnt give five stars only because there was a recurring problem which took a while to fix. Very helpful fitters and office staff. Thrilled with the results.

I don’t usually stop to review online but I’m making an exception for Kompass. All stages of our skylight installation were dealt with promptly, pleasantly and professionally, from initial home visit and quote, ordering, administration to the installation itself. The product is a great improvement on the skylight we had replaced (not a Kompass one !) and the guys on the job were first rate. Well done Kompass.
